Kyle Walker has returned to live in the family home just four months after he was kicked out by his wife when she discovered that he had fathered a second child with Instagram influencer Lauryn Goodman, MailOnline can reveal.

Heartbroken Annie Kilner was heavily pregnant at the time with their fourth child when she heard the shocking news of her husband's infidelity. Kyle was ordered to pack his bags and leave their £3.5 million mansion in Prestbury, Cheshire.

He relocated to a home close by, paying £20,000 per month rent as the couple's marriage hit the rocks.

But a source told MailOnline: 'Kyle is now living back with the Annie and the kids as they try and put their difficulties behind them and get their marriage back on track.

'She needs a lot of help around the house and a lot of emotional support. Kyle's very happy that he's back in the family home but things are still very strained between them.'

The source added that Manchester City and England star Walker has been doing more household chores than previously, such as the school run and also tidying up.

The source said: 'It would be an understatement to say that he needs to get back into Annie's good books and he's doing his best by making himself more useful around the house. But there are people within her circle who feel that she's taken him back too quickly.

'But her hormones are all over the place and she's decided that its worth putting in the effort to save their marriage. A lot of women wouldn't have done this but at the end of the day, it's her choice.'

Kyle is continuing to pay rent on the property he moved into after leaving the family home, even though he is never there.

Annie, 30 gave birth last month with Manchester City and England footballer Walker, 33, by her side.

The past few months have been a rollercoaster for Annie, after she discovered in December last year that her sportsman husband had fathered a second child with Lauryn with Walker moving out of their home a few weeks later in January.

Prior to the arrival of their fourth child, who they plan to name Rezon, the couple also share sons Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, and Reign, five.

Instagram influencer Lauryn is the mother to Kyle's son Kairo, four, and daughter, who is known to family and friends as KK and is eight months old.

Lauryn became pregnant with Kairo when Kyle was on a break from childhood sweetheart Annie in 2019 but he was taken back, and they got married in 2021.

However, Lauryn's daughter was conceived in October a year later when the footballer had travelled to London.

Lauryn has been accused of purposefully fuelling a public spat with Kyle after he reportedly missed his son Kairo's fourth birthday and to keep the focus on her.

Walker and influencer Lauryn, also 33, recently became embroiled in another war of words after he claimed she issued him with a series of 'unrealistic' demands to ensure the paternity of their second child remained secret.

A source told MailOnline: 'This is just another way for Lauryn to try and get attention from Kyle and her and that using the children to play out dramas in the media is a new low, even for her.

'They want to protect all the children and wish this public spat would stop so that everyone can focus on their own children and lives.

'The family have been used to harassment from Lauryn, usually on social media, and are now seeing it via these untrue stories sent to the media from Lauryn's camp.'

In response to the claims, a source close to Lauryn told MailOnline: 'Lauryn isn't interested in getting attention off Kyle, she used to ignore him at the best of times.'

Walker's family home features a swimming pool with a waterfall, a huge marble hot tub and a five-aside football pitch.

It also boasts a football-themed games room and six bedrooms, including a two-storey master suite with separate ladies' and gentleman's dressing rooms.

In 2020 Kyle installed a 13ft-high, 52ft-wide screen around the property to stop passers-by peeping in and won a planning battle to keep the structure despite complaints from neighbours it was 'unsightly'.

Kyle's home once featured on a special edition of Come Dine With Me when it was owned by fellow City football Stephen Ireland, with his wife Jessica appearing on the programme.

Estate agents have deemed the house - which backs on to Wayne Rooney's former home - as 'exceptional in many ways'.Lauryn lives in a £2.5 million home on the Sussex coast with her two children which was paid for by Walker.
